PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium secondary battery that has high ion conductivity and does not require to use a supporting body which may become a cause of lowering energy density in the lithium secondary battery having particles of the active material and the solid electrolyte bound by a binder. SOLUTION: A lithium secondary battery comprises a solid electrolyte having ion conductivity between a positive electrode and a negative electrode which are composed of active material capable of reversible occlusion and discharge of lithium ion. The particles of the above active material and solid electrolyte are bound by a copolymer of monoalkyl-trialkoxysilane or monoaryl- trialkoxysilane and polydialkylsiloxane, and tetraalkoxysilane. |
