PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a constant transmission output by making a detector circuit for gain control in a high-frequency amplifier corresponding to the transmission output operates always in a linear area. SOLUTION: A bias from a DC power source 9 is added to the high-frequency signal obtained by a directional coupler 3, and then detected by a diode 4 and supplied to a control voltage generating circuit 6 to perform output control in the high-frequency amplifier 2 corresponding to the transmission output.
