PURPOSE: A rice exchange ticket is provided to connect a production association to a purchaser by expressing a rice production area and to deliver the rice from a store closest to the purchaser by expressing a delivery area code. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of a ticket issue organization issuing a rice exchange ticket, a customer inputting a coded area by using product data and tracking a stock, a service system requesting a production order to a rice producer if there is no stock, the service system storing data at a database if a rice stock area is searched, the customer designating a delivery place and identifying a delivery manager while the customer submitting the exchange ticket at the store, the delivery manager determining a delivery method and informing the customer of the delivery method, the service system eliminating an effectiveness of the rice exchange ticket if the ordered rice is delivered to a designated place on a set date, and the customer receiving a discount coupon corresponding to an expressed amount.
