PURPOSE: An RCC(Remote Center Compliance) device for press fit for press fit is provided to assemble plural precise parts including a shaft, a pin, and a bearing to a shaft hole, a pin hole, and a bearing bore respectively. CONSTITUTION: A limiter(5) is made by steel or aluminum to obtain a strong press fit force. Three or more limiters are arranged with regular or irregular distances in a radial direction of a spring(4). Herein, the angle on the circumference from the first limiter to the last limiter is set larger than 180degrees. A fixed end of the limiter is fixed to a lower structure(3) while a free end is inserted into a hole of an upper structure(2). The limiter has a gap in a radial direction, and the upper surface of the free end is set lower than an upper surface(2a) of the upper structure. The lower surface of the free end is set higher than the bottom surface of the hole. Thereby, the spring is transformed vertically and horizontally. The free end of the limiter has the same length from the mounting surface. A plane surface on the upper surface of the free end is vertical to the central shaft of an RCC device(1) for press fit. The RCC device for press fit performs the exact press fit as well as assembles precise components. Therefore, the RCC device for press fit prevents the overload of a robot or a press by absorbing the relative position error of the press-fit components.
