PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photodiode array which can suppress fluctuations of output signals which depend on a position of light beam application. SOLUTION: This photodiode array is composed of a plurality of photodiodes with an identical shape which are arranged with the same intervals. The patterns of the photodiodes are formed so as to have their non-detection parts, which do not contribute to light measurement, distributed almost uniformly over the whole surface.
