The invention relates to a method for producing nanosuspensions. According to said method, at least two dosed partial streams (25, 26) are brought into contact in such a way that they are subjected to a thorough mixing induced by turbulence. In said process, the partial streams have a flow rate ranging between 0.1 and 500 ml/h and the mixed stream has a combined flow rate ranging between 1 ml/h and 500 ml/h. During the turbulent mixing process particles are created with a size of between 0.1 and 5000 nm. The invention also relates to a method for the in-situ formulation of a medicament suspension, whereby the medicament suspension is administered continuously by means of a line.
