There are rotary coupling elements between bogie (1) and wagon body, and the bogie is turnable about a vertical axis. The coupling elements are formed by two or more articulated rods (6,7) with pre-selected spring rigidity and damping effect generated by separate components. The bars are positioned at a relative distance in transverse direction of the vehicle. The rods are joint to consoles (9) on the vehicle body and a transverse control arm (2) of the vehicle chassis.
