PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimally constitute a rod rushing-in angle formed by a link arm and a link rod for reciprocatively rotating pivot shafts in a wiper device for arranging a pair of pivot shafts in a lateral directional central part and one side part of a window part. SOLUTION: A (second) pivot shaft 3 for one side part is arranged so that a surface including a rocking locus of the second link arm 13 connected to the second pivot shaft 3 and the lengthwise directional axis of the second link rod 12 become the almost parallel relationship.
