PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a length of a slope without impairing convenience for a user of a wheelchair. SOLUTION: A length of a slope foot board 30 for communicating a high ground level Hb with a low ground level Lb is set to be made short. One end in a high ground level side of the foot board 30 is connected oscillatably to a high ground horizontal foot board 40 provided in the high ground level, and one low ground side end of the foot board 30 is connected oscillatably to a low ground horizontal foot board 20. The low ground horizontal foot board 20 is supported vertically movably via a mechanism 60 for vertical motion. The wheelchair user H1 accompanied with a caregiver can use the foot board 30 as it is, and inclination of the foot board 30 is eliminated by conducting an elevating operation to elevate the low ground horizontal foot board 20 upto the high ground level Hb by the mechanism 60 after advancing the wheelchair R1 onto the foot board 20 when the wheelchair user is a weak user not accompanied with the caregiver.
