A card data recording medium having a cardlike shape and a standard card size and having a through hole at its center, comprising a loading matching section having a projection which is formed on a concentric circle with the through hole and fits in a circular recess made the inner surface of a disk receiving tray of an optical reader when the medium is loaded in the optical reader so as to prevent displacement when loaded, a first data recording section which is provided on one side of the recording medium and in which first data readable or writable by on optical reader/writer is optically recorded, a second data recording section which is provided on the other side and in which second data correlated with the first data and readable or writable by an external non-contact data reading/writing device is electrically recorded, a third data recording section in which third data is magnetically recorded, and information indicating section which is provided on the other side and which visually displays items concerning the contents of the first or second data. |
