PURPOSE: An Internet telephone interface apparatus and a method for realizing a call among Internet, an office line and an external telephone are provided to use conveniently by performing an Internet call with the external telephone and by performing the third-number calls among Internet, the office line and the external telephone. CONSTITUTION: A telephone interface apparatus is arranged between external telephones(108,136) and personal computers(102,130), so that an Internet call is realized by using the external telephones(108,136). A receiving audio signal from the other party outputs to the receiver of the external telephones(108,136) via the telephone interface apparatus. A transmitting audio signal inputted from the transmitter of the external telephones(108,136) outputs to the micro-signal input terminal of the personal computers(102,130) via the telephone interface apparatus.
