PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise heat insulating effect of a Kotatsu (foot warmer) by reducing vulkiness of a coverlet for the foot warmer. SOLUTION: The coverlet of the foot warmer is constituted such that each of the side surfaces, which is hung down on each side of the frame of the foot warmer, is divided at the center, and that covering portions 4 covers the side surfaces, respectively, from above.
