A pharmaceutical composition comprising a therapeutically effective amount of soluble lymphotoxin-beta receptor comprising a functional sequence of amino acids selected from Seq. ID. No. 1 and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. The composition further comprised of a LT-B-R ligand binding domain that can selectively bind to the surface LT ligand.
