PURPOSE: To provide a disposable diaper which enables the absorbing and holding of urine and feces discharged while preventing mixing thereof. CONSTITUTION: In the diaper 1, an opening part 8 opened on the internal surface side thereof 1 is defined at a required area of a core 4 extending between a rear girth area 22 and a crotch area 21. The opening part 8 is made up of a pair of cushioning pad members 6A and 6B which rises from the internal surface thereof 1 and is separated vertically by a required dimension from each other and a pair of liquid resisting side part sheets 7 which tends to erect from the internal surface thereof 1 and extends vertically being separated horizontally by a specified dimension from each other.
