PURPOSE: To urge an ordering person to decide a paying date to be early. CONSTITUTION: This invention has a step for requesting the first electronic document having the first input section for inputting order-sending person information and merchandise ordering information except for the paying date from the side of the order-sending person to the side of an order-receiving person, a step for transmitting the first electronic document from the side of the order-receiving person to the side of the order-sending person, a step for inputting the order-sending person information and the ordering information except for the paying date to the first inputting section, a step for transmitting the inputted order-sending person information and the ordering information except for the paying date from the side of the order-sending person to the side of the order-receiving person, a step for retrieving a transacting condition based on the transmitted order-sending information except for the paying date on the side of the order-receiving person, a section for transmitting the second electronic document where the transacting condition is written and the second inputting section for inputting the paying date is included from the side of the order-receiving person to the side of the order-sending person, a step for inputting the paying date to the second inputting section on the side of the order sending person, and a step for transmitting the inputted paying date from the side of the order-sending person to the side of the order- receiving person.
