PURPOSE: A lusterless thermoplastic resin composition and its preparation method are provided, which resin composition is improved in impact resistance, processibility, heat resistance and weather resistance. CONSTITUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition comprises 5-15 parts by weight of the lusterless grafted copolymer filler which is prepared by the emulsion polymerization of the composition comprising 20-60 parts by weight of an aromatic vinyl-based monomer, 5-20 parts by weight of vinyl cyan compound, and 6-12 parts by weight of α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid selected from the group consisting of acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, itaconic acid, crotonic acid and their mixtures; 10-90 parts by weight of grafted ABS (acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene) copolymer or grafted ASA (acrylonitrile-acryl-styrene) copolymer; and 10-90 parts by weight of heat-resistant SAN (styrene-acrylonitrile) copolymer. |
