PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a removing device of a coating film, removing an old coating film or film before the application of repairing coating of structural steelwork or the like. SOLUTION: As for this removing device 1A of the coating film, a high-frequency generator 2A provided with a high-frequency heating coil 5 and a high- frequency generating power source, and a rotary scraper device 3A provided with a plurality of scrapers 17 and an air motor 18 for driving the scrapers, are installed on a movable carriage 10. Each scraper 17 is constituted in a way that a scraping blade 17a is attached to its tip end, and that the scraper is rotated by compressed air of the air motor 18 through a rotary shaft 16, and scrapes a coating film layer 51a and peels off a coating film layer 51. The movable carriage 10 is provided with wheels 11, and handles 13a, 13b are installed at the front and rear sides of the upper part of the carriage 10. The carriage 10 can move while arbitrarily traveling on a coated face by manual operation.
