METHOD FOR PRESERVING FERMENTED PICKLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preserving fermented pickles for a long period safely, easily at low cost without the need of any special device and/or equipment and without decreasing lactic bacteria count and also through preventing their flavor deterioration and packaging container swell. SOLUTION: This method comprises sealedly closing fermented pickles together with a carbon dioxide absorbent and an oxygen scavenger in an air- impermeable packaging container.
