PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin composition capable of exhibiting excellent fluid stability with time when heating and melting the composition, having improved moldability, excellent in mechanical strength, heat resistance and fluid characteristics, and capable of enabling a fabricated product having precise and fine shape to be produced. SOLUTION: This resin composition is obtained by compounding 1-95 pts.wt. aromatic polyetherketone resin having repeating units represented by chemical formulas (4) to (6) as the component (A), 99-5 pts.wt. polyetherimide resin having a repeating unit represented by chemical formula (7) as the component (B), with 0.1-10 pts.wt. oxides represented by chemical formulas (1) to (3) as the component (C) based on 100 pts.wt. total of the components (A) and (B).
