THERMOPLASTIC ELASTOMER COMPOSITION FOR CALENDER-MOLDING AND SHEET PREPARED THEREFROM

PURPOSE: A thermoplastic elastomer composition having an excellent calender processability, which is capable of providing a calendered sheet having a good appearance, without troublesome steps, and a sheet prepared from the composition are provided. CONSTITUTION: The thermoplastic elastomer composition is obtained by dynamically heat-treating a mixture comprising 40-95% by weight of (A) an oil-extended olefin copolymer rubber and 60 to 5% by weight of (B) a polypropylene resin. The oil-extended olefin copolymer rubber contains 100 parts by weight of an olefin copolymer rubber having a mooney viscosity of 120-350, and 20 to 150 parts by weight of mineral oil softening agent. The thermoplastic elastomer composition is calender-molded into a sheet.
