摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive device for optoelectronic device by which image inversion is made possible without complicating constitution and increasing cost, even when a bidirectional shift register having an even number of stages is used to constitute a data line driving circuit. SOLUTION: A data line drive circuit 101 of a liquid crystal device is provided with the bidirectional shift register 41, in which shift directions are made controllable and the number of output stages is an even number n, a clock scramble circuit 42 which switches the supply of clock signals according to the shift directional, an enable scramble circuit 45 which switches the supply of enable signals corresponding to the shift direction and enable circuits 43 and 44 which are provided for odd and even stages for outputting sampling signals SP1 to SPn, that are made by limiting the pulse widths of output signals S1 to Sn generated by each stage of the shift register 41 based on the enable signals. Thus the shift timing is kept, the same regardlessly of the shift direction and the signals SP1 to SPn are outputted, while enabling selection of data lines.
