PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a coil start lead wire from being separated and floating from a wire wound around the barrel of a core at the time of guiding the lead wire to the electrode of the flange section on the side connected with a coil end lead wire. SOLUTION: The wire 41 is successively wound around the barrel of the core 35 from one flange 31 side to the other flange side 33 and the coil end lead wire 41e of the wire 41 is guided to one 37 of a pair of electrodes 37 and 39 installed to the flange section 33. The coil start lead wire 41s protruded from the core 35 is held by means of the movable pin 87 and fixed pin 95 of a coil forming machine and wrapped around the wire 41 on the barrel by turning and retreating the holding section 95. |
