PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic actuator which is lessened in size and weight by a method wherein a stator as a magnetic circuit included in the electromagnetic actuator used in the internal combustion engine of an automobile is improved in electromagnetic performance. SOLUTION: An armature 3 reciprocating freely is provided confronting an electromagnet composed of a stator 5 and a coil 18, a first stem 15 transmitting the movement of the armature 3 to the outside is provided on the movement-side face of the armature 3, and the stator 3 is molded through a powder molding method.
