PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an additive liquid supply device capable of easily following up a rapid change in a capacity of additive liquid. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a position detector 18 detecting a refuge position of a piston 12 and a control part 2 inputting a detection signal of this position detector 18, this control part 2 compares the above detection signal with refuge position setting in a comparator 51, so as to stop the piston 12 in a desired refuge position by transmitting a command to a control valve 13 via an arithmetic device 52, in this way a capacity of additive liquid supplied to a pressure chamber 14 is suitably changed.
