PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical module with built-in a small-sized, high density mountable and excellent productivity electric circuit, having a stable optical characteristic. SOLUTION: By finally integrating an optical module part 1 and an electric circuit module 2 separately packaged and characteristic valuated, the stable characteristic is obtained without that heat generation of a semiconductor element, etc., of the electric circuit module part affects an optical system of the optical module part 1. Further, by incorporating the electric circuit in the optical module, the optical module containing the electric circuit becomes miniaturized/ high density mountable. Further, by combining various constitution of optical module part 1 and various constitution of electric circuit module part 2, various modules are obtained.
