PURPOSE: A portable Internet moving picture player is provided to be capable of being used in any places without a separate instrument by mounting a color LCD, a buried mike and a stereo speaker and of enhancing convenience of users by connecting periphery devices(TV, audio, mike, etc) through wire or wireless. CONSTITUTION: Various data are stored in a flash ROM(2) and a RAM(2) and are performed by a microprocessor(1). The data are input through a key input(10). An RF/AV converter(4) converts RGB signals into AV and RF signals. AV signals are connected to an AV output(5) and an AV radio transmitter(6). A VHF transmitter(7) transmits pictures and sounds to a TV. The connection between Internet and a desk top PC is realized through a serial port(11) and a USB port(12).
