PURPOSE: Provided are a conductive fluorene polymer having high photoluminescent efficiency and excellent stability and an organic electroluminescent element containing the fluorene polymer and having excellent durability. CONSTITUTION: The fluorene polymer is represented by the formula 1, wherein R is C1-C12 hydrocarbyl, C1-C12 alkoxy, C1-C12 thio alkoxy, C1-C12 aryl oxy, C1-C12 thio aryl oxy, or halogen, a is an integer of 0-5, m is an integer of 1-12, and n is an integer of 1-500, and X is halogen. The organic electroluminescent element comprises a substrate, a transparent electrode, a hole transferring layer, an organic luminescent layer containing the fluorene polymer, an electron transferring layer, and a metal electrode.
