PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an emulsifying agent. SOLUTION: This emulsion comprises an oligoester as an emulsifying agent for which a soil releasing polymer has hitherto been used. The oligoester may, for example, include oligoesters obtained by the polycondensation of one or more dicarboxylic acids or esters thereof with one or more polyhydric alcohols.
