<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network monitor system that can properly maintain its system monitor function, even on the occurrence of congestion of alarm information. SOLUTION: The network monitor system is provided with NE servers A, B that communicate with a plurality of NEs 1, 2 and 3, 4 and store alarm information received from each NE to their own buffer means 43, and an NMS server 20 that communicates with the NE servers A, B to collect the alarm information collected and transferred from the NEs 1-4 and informs a client 10 about the information.
