PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ring system constituting device which can reduce the propagation delay quantity in a device even when data transmission between distant nodes is performed. SOLUTION: As clocks used in the device, clocks (frame pulses) which are sent out to a high-speed line 1, a high-speed line 2, and a low-speed side are generated by three blocks of a high-speed line 1 transmission clock generating circuit 30, a high-speed line 2 transmission clock generating circuit 31, and a low-speed side transmission clock generating circuit 32 respectively. Further, pointer processing blocks 16, 25, and 40 are arranged on the side of the high- speed line 1, the side of the high-speed line 2, and the low-speed side and a signal transmitted from the high-speed line 1 to the high-speed line 2 or a signal transmitted from the high-speed line 2 to the high-speed line 1 can be transmitted by the in-device transmission of the ring system constitution device not through the pointer process blocks 16, 25, and 40 except a reference station. |
