PURPOSE: Provided is a forming method of uncooked food in a certain form. The prepared uncooked food is portable, can be taken easily and provide necessary calories easy. CONSTITUTION: A forming method of uncooked food is composed of the following steps of: (a) washing, drying and mixing grains and additives being used as ingredients and then mixing them; (b) crushing them into powder; (c) sterilizing the powder using ultraviolet rays; (d) mixing oligosaccharide and sterilized powder in a ratio of 100 to 2-8 based on weight then crushing them; and (e) making them in a certain form with a mold.
