PURPOSE: The wiring structure of pole change induction motor is provided to make normally a driving with 2-pole by adding a compensation winding between the adjacent same poles on driving by 2-pole. CONSTITUTION: The pole change induction motor comprises a main winding and an auxiliary winding, is driven by multiple poles in accordance with the wiring structure of the windings, and comprises a compensation winding inserted between slots forming the same poles among the multiple poles formed by the main winding. The pole formed by the compensation winding gets the same wiring structure as the pole formed by the main winding. The compensation winding is inserted to two slots(11,12) adjacent to the first S-pole of the main winding of six slots(7-12) forming the second S-pole of the main winding and two slots(23,24) adjacent to the first N-pole of the main winding of six slots(19-24) forming the second N-pole of the main winding.
