PURPOSE: A robot having a telescopic system is provided to obtain the maximum stroke with a minimum size by simplifying the connecting structure between modules and slidably mounting multi-stage module. CONSTITUTION: A robot having a telescopic system includes a frame(50), a fixed module(60) mounted at the frame, and a first movable module(80) mounted to the fixed module slidably. The fixed module consists of a lower plate(61b) mounted on the upper portion of the frame with a distance, and an upper plate(61a) mounted on the upper portion of the lower plate with a distance. To keep the distance therebetween, a base tube(50a) is installed between the frame and the lower plate. A side plate(61c) is set between the upper and the lower plate of the fixed module to function as a cover. A single case(61) is formed by the upper plate, the lower plate and the side plate. A motor(51) is set in the bas tube, and a drive shaft(52) of the motor is extended up through the lower plate. A drive pulley(53) is mounted at the end. A movable plate is set between the upper plate and the lower plate. A rotatable shaft(62) is connected with the movable plate to lift up and down the movable plate between the upper and the lower plate. The robot adopts multi-stage module sliding with neighboring modules. Therefore, the connecting structure between the modules and operation is simplified. The robot obtains the maximum stroke with the small size. |
