The aim of the invention is to reduce the amount of automation by increasingly utilizing individuals during working processes while guaranteeing a high level of quality by ensuring precision, especially repeat precision, and while obtaining a capital-saving technical working step. To these ends, the invention provides a method and device for assisting an individual during the execution of working processes that require precision. The method is characterized in that at least elements of the behavior of the individual (work behavior elements) during the regular execution of the working process are compared with an image of characteristic elements of the standard behavior (standard behavior elements) of the individual when the working process is correctly executed, and an action is executed when this comparison reveals differences. |
