PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seam welding method of a plated steel plate capable of preventing an electrode ring from degrading by forming a low melting point Cu alloy from Cu and a plated metal and improving the quality of a welding part. SOLUTION: In a seam welding method to weld a plated steel plate 3 by using an electrode ring 1, an electrode protection/grain boundary brittle prevention agent, which contains >=20 mass % C, has a boiling point of >=200 deg.C and an average molecular weight of <=10000, is interposed between the plated steel plate 3 and the electrode ring 1 and then welded. |
