PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing powder coating material for electrostatic coating which excels in the continuous productivity of powder coating compositions and the finished external appearance of coating films. SOLUTION: The method of producing powder coating materials comprises dry mixing powder coating raw materials, melt mixing the obtained mixture, and then cooling the melt mixture, pulverizing the cooled mixture, and filtering the resulting powdered product, and the temperature of the mixture in the dry mixing is set at 40 deg.C or below.
