A cold medium is circulated through pipes (11,12,20,21) to cool a cooling battery (18) and a fan (19) blows the air (22) cooled by the battery downwards towards the technical room (2) floor (24). The air is brought into contact with the electronic/computer equipment (9) and is heated by the heat energy emanating from the equipment. The air rises upwards towards the ceiling in the technical room through the electronic computer equipment and cools it. The air is then sucked backwards to the cooling equipment (5) by means of the backward suction of the fan. The cold medium i.e. water, is delivered by the cooler (1) at a temp. of around 20 deg. C to the cooling battery via a forward feed pipe (12). The heated water which is recirculated to the cooler from the cool battery has a temp. of around 22 deg. C. |
