PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate a fan coil unit appropriately depending on the operating state of a heat source. SOLUTION: The air conditioning system 1 comprises a fan coil unit 4 including heat exchangers 5, 6, a pair of lines 11, 15 for supplying the fan coil unit 4 with cold water or hot water, temperature sensors 22, 23 outputting signals correlated with the piping temperature of respective lines 11, 15, control valves 20, 21 for controlling the supplying state of fluid from the lines 11, 15 to the fan coil unit 4, and a CPU 31 for controlling operation of the fan coil unit 4 according to a specified control procedure. The CPU 31 makes a decision whether the fan coil unit 4 can perform cooling operation or not and whether the fan coil unit 4 can perform heating operation or not, respectively, based on the output signals from the temperature sensors 22, 23 and varies the operation control procedure of the unit 4 depending on the decision results. |
