PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implement used in a reinforcing bar work in a reinforced concrete building construction work when setting a beam in a specified position while making use of a lever block after the beam has been assembled on the ground. SOLUTION: 1) A support having about 2 m height is erected upright. 2) The upper part is formed in a U-shape and the top is integrally connected by a steel plate and a lever block is hung in the space. 3) A cut groove for fixing is formed at the center of the upper face of the top steel plate. 4) A steel plate is fixedly welded with the bottom of the support.
