PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating unit for improving a controversial point having the possibility of a fire and an explosion even when using a combustible refrigerant by solving a problem of breaking a pipe connected to a refrigerant compressor and leaking the refrigerant by vibration of the refrigerant compressor generated at starting time or operating time of the refrigerating unit. SOLUTION: In this refrigerating unit provided with a cylindrical vessel 6 and the refrigerant compressor 1 having a suction pipe 10 and a delivery pipe 20 connected to this vessel, a position of the suction pipe 10 and the delivery pipe 20 connected to a vessel end surface of the refrigerant compressor is constituted in a position including the rotary axis 7 being minimum in a displacement quantity of the vibration generated by the refrigerant compressor 1 so that even if piping connected to these pipes is shortened, generating stress can be minimized to inexpensively prevent breaking of the pipes.
