PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that processing such as the removal of a noise and the interpolation of image data requiring much operation is almost inconspicuous when printing image size is smaller than prescribed size and total performance from the input of data up to the completion of printing does not always satisfy a user even when image processing is performed by all presumable methods. SOLUTION: When image processing whose quality improving effect can be recognized by a user is performed, both of high printing quality and short printing time are simultaneously realized in a printing result of prescribed printing image size. When a printer prints out an image required by the user, optimum total performance from the start of printing up to the end can be realized even when the user is not conscious of the printing.
