PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control system for a reclining type motor-driven vehicle for nursing care which is safe and easy-to-use, by enabling driving control of the vehicle according to a shape of a chair or a shape of a bed. SOLUTION: The control system of a motor-driven vehicle for nursing care is provided with a mechanism for changing the rotational angle of a back plate 2 to change shapes between the shape of a chair or the shape of a bed. The system is provided with means 7 and 8 for determining the shape of the chair or the bed, a means 16 for storing this shape and a control means 15 for controlling the driving speed of the vehicle corresponding to the shape.
