PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an O/W/O type emulsified cosmetic excellent in feeling in use (easy spreading, free from stickiness), moisture retaining effect and storage stability. SOLUTION: The O/W/O type emulsified cosmetic is obtained from an O/W type emulsion dispersed in an oil component containing a silicone surfactant. The O/W type emulsion contains an oil, a phospholipid and water.
