PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an elastic fabric comprising cellulose fibers polyurethane- urea elastic fibers excellent in heat setting properties without exhibiting the exposure of the polyurethane-urea elastic fibers to the surface and a glittering appearance in dyed products. SOLUTION: This stretchable fabric comprises polyurethane-urea elastic fibers modified with cellulose fibers and a urea compound and simultaneously satisfies >=40% and <=75% heat setting ratio and >=40 and <=60 blue L value The fabric contains the polyurethane-urea elastic fibers having <=10% deterioration ratio of the blue L value in an amount of >=0.5 and <=35 mass % in the fabric. |
