PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To event the unnecessary turning movement of a turning caster with a simple structure. SOLUTION: When a hand cart 1 is allowed to travel forward while placing a load on a deck plate 6, direction of a wheel of a turning caster 10 and a wheel of a turning caster 9 is naturally changed to the condition expressed with a figure 3. A lock pin 26 faces to a through-hole 25, and the lock pin 26 is fitted in the through-hole 25 by the force of an abutting member 31.
