PURPOSE: A phone keeper is provided to prevent the loss of a cellular phone by communicating with the cellular phone, measuring a distance from the cellular phone, and informing a space in which the cellular phone exists when a signal transmitted from a transmission portion of the cellular phone is not received. CONSTITUTION: An output sensor is attached to a cellular phone for transmitting a wavelength from a jack, and the wavelength is transmitted to a battery of the cellular phone once a 10-second or once a minute. An input terminal, a speaker, and a microphone are attached to a breastpin for performing a conversation in a space. When the cellular phone rings, a wavelength is not transmitted from the cellular phone to the breastpin. A charger of the breastpin is attached to a side of the cellular phone.
