PURPOSE: A system for measuring a wireless data communication protocol is provided to synchronize a mobile communication network for providing a wireless data service and a data communication network matched with the mobile communication network to one time information and simultaneously measure the quality of the wireless data service or diagnose an obstacle. CONSTITUTION: A GPS satellite(70) emits an electric wave signal and provides effective time information. A GPS receiver(80) receives the electric wave signal emitted from the GPS satellite(70) and provides time information. A time information synchronous unit(113) synchronizes time information received from the GPS receiver(80). A clock(112) maintains time information synchronized from the time information synchronous unit(113). A mobile communication protocol measuring unit(115) communicates with a mobile communication terminal(20) by a wire or wireless communication for diagnosing a measuring data generated from a mobile communication network(30) or a mobile communication protocol. A data communication protocol measuring unit(116) of a mobile communication network side communicates with the mobile communication terminal(20) by the wire or wireless communication for diagnosing measuring data generated from a data communication network(60) or a data communication protocol. A data communication protocol measuring unit(117) of a data communication side diagnoses the measuring data generated from the data communication network(60) or the data communication protocol. A wireless data communication protocol measuring device(100) simultaneously measures the mobile communication network(30), the mobile communication protocol and the data communication network(60), or the data communication protocol for diagnosing an obstacle. A data communication protocol measuring unit(118) communicates with the mobile communication terminal(20) by the wire or wireless communication for obtaining a data communication protocol packet. A data communication protocol measuring device(120) communicates with the mobile terminal(20) by the wire or wireless communication for dividing the data communication protocol packet.
