REMOTE MOBILE RADIO COMMUNICATION SYSTEM USING IMPROVED PROTOCOL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the configuration of a protocol in a general mobile communication system, an overall communication system or other mobile radio communication systems. SOLUTION: In a UMTS or a GMS, network components are formed so as to transmit notification messages 38 or 40 only in the case a transmitting side 30 transmits a message 32 having an instruction 36 which is related to a message and also makes affirmative notification or negative notification returned to a receiving side 34. Thus, the compatibility of transmission is insured and updating of a network is made easier.
