PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a staple which does not rust, disposable together with and in such a case, capable of being shredded without damaging cutting teeth of shredder and also provide a stapler suitable for this staple. SOLUTION: There are provided a staple made of combustible material impregmated with hardening agent, and a stapler having a heater to heat a die portion and having punching mechanism to make a hole previously for insert of the stable.
