PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate positioning of forks. SOLUTION: This forklift is equipped with a lift bracket on a mast of a car body in a lifting free way, a pair of forks on the lift bracket, an observing device observing the front on the lift bracket, and a monitor 13 displaying an information from the observing device on the car body. A mark for positioning the fork 'm' is displayed on a screen 13a of the monitor 13.
